Grill N’ Chill: A Community Cookout®

As a joint community event the University of Waterloo’s Black, Caribbean and African sister clubs created a space for a cookout during the summer of 2019.
We wanted to create a space for good vibes and fun to break up the school term schedule. The event featured games, food and music fit for a chill summer kickback.
Held at a bonfire pit on the University of Waterloo campus.

I ideated the creative direction, posters, social media assets all inspired by the theme.
The goal was to emulate a fun, colourful experience through iconography and imagery.
